Nithari killings: Cell phone records helped clear Moninder
In what has come as a surprise to many, the CBI gave businessman Moninder Singh Pandher almost a clean chit in the gruesome Nithari killings. The CBI says that he merely helped hide the evidence and was not himself involved in the rape and murders.
