No proof against Dr Talwar yet
The judicial custody of Aarushi's father Dr Rajesh Talwar ends on Thursday and he will be produced in the Ghaziabad court. With the CBI still not coming up with any concrete evidence against Dr Talwar, his lawyers are likely to press for bail.
