Orissa ragging victim undergoes surgery
A 19-year-old boy, believed to be the victim of ragging, is going through a complicated spinal surgery in Bangalore. Shiv Shankar was paralysed waist down after his seniors allegedly pushed him off the terrace after a bout of ragging on October 10.
