Patients report sight loss after surgery
Patients given eye treatment for free by the government in Guwahati have suffered infection and doctors say the affected eye should be removed. About 450 people in September went to an eye camp organized by the state-run Guwahati Medical College Hospital, few weeks later 35 patients returned with infected eyes.
