People face ceasefire blues in Nagaland
Ceasefires with militant outfits have always been a tricky business. While the government forces are on a ceasefire, it's the people who are caught in turf wars and a legitimised extortion racket. Militants for the first time admit to NDTV that they do violate ceasefire ground rules while the army says that extortion will continue.
