Police chase shadows in Mumbai blast probe
The 7/11 investigations bring back familiar images of other blast probes, when large groups of men were rounded up in Muslim-dominated areas and questioned. Most of them have some criminal record, mostly petty. And within a few hours all were released. It brought about a sense of deja vu even in the arrests.
