Politics over fuel price hike
Driving your car just got more expensive. In among the steepest hikes ever, the government has hiked petrol prices by Rs 5 per litre and diesel by Rs 3 per litre. It's a decision that has been coming for a while now. Oil companies have been reporting losses of Rs 600 crores per day and even said that they would run out of money to buy oil after September.
