Rahul's first day at CWC
It was Rahul Ganhdi's first day at the Congress Working Committee today, the party's top decision-making body.The congress is going all out to get more people specially youngsters to join the party. Rahul has proposed that labour should not be mandatory to join the party, a rule made 57 years ago.
