Relief funds' destination matter of debate
Every time there's a calamity we are asked to contribute. And many of us do, to Relief Funds that are set up by Chief Ministers of the state hit by the calamity. Thousands of people send cheques to the CM Relief Funds not just because they want to make a difference but also because these funds are seen as more trustworthy.
