Rise in juvenile anger raises concern
It started as an ordinary fight after school, but turned nasty when a Class VIII boy grabbed a paper cutter and allegedly stabbed his senior studying in Class XI on Monday. Luckily the wounds were not too serious, even though the victim was hit thrice on the shoulder and chest.
