River of sorrow brings bundle of joy
Life has served the oddest things to the flood survivors in Bihar. There has been destruction of their homes and livelihood on one hand and a symbol of hope and renewal on the other. This was the experience of two young couples at the relief camp for flood victims at Saharsa. This week their first child was born.
