The Bombay High Court on Wednesday asked the state government to explain why it thought an 8-foot wall was necessary to protect the Siddhivinayak temple. The court's hearing a complaint by residents who live around the temple that the wall is obstructing the flow of traffic on one of Mumbai's major arterial roads
