The Right to Information can be a very powerful tool. As part of the continuing series on the national campaign against bribery, NDTV brings you the story of Ritu Mehra, a social worker who fought the system and used the RTI to get her ration card. Ritu was made to run around for three months for a ration card and was eventually told that a new card will not be made.
