Security alert in Delhi, adjoining areas
The Delhi Police have outlined an elaborate plan to tighten security in the capital ahead of August 15. Delhi and adjoining areas have been placed under a high security alert and security personnel and citizens have been asked to be on guard against suicide bombers and car bombs.
