Sentencing likely in CP shootout case
A sessions court in Delhi will pronounce the quantum of punishment to suspended Assistant Commissioner of Police SS Rathi and nine other Delhi Police personnel, convicted for killing two businessmen in a fake shootout at Connaught Place in Delhi in 1997. Ten policemen have been found guilty of murdering two civilians in Connaught place, ten years ago.
