Sidhu found guilty of culpable homicide

Former cricketer and BJP Member of Parliament Navjot Singh Sidhu has been found guilty of culpable homocide not amounting to murder, by the Punjab & Haryana High Court. The district and sessions judge at Patiala had on September 22, 1999 acquitted Sidhu in a case registered under Section 304 and 34 IPC.
