Sikand case: Ex-Army officer gets lifer

After 26 years and more than 100 hearings and three different judges, ninety-eight year old HD Sikand on Saturday feels that justice has finally been done.In October 1982, his son Krishan Sikand was murdered in his house in Delhi. Death came in a parcel carrying a bomb.
