ULFA cadres give up arms
In an impressive success story as many as 58 ULFA cadres have surrendered to the police in Guwahati. Nagen Rabha, a self styled ULFA commando, laid down arms on October 23, in what was one of the biggest surrender ceremonies in recent years with 33 surrenders.
