ULFA leaders reconcile with victim's kin
In a major step towards a peace process, two ULFA leaders have started reconciling with families of victims killed in ULFA massacre. Till a few months ago, Jiten Dutta was the most wanted ULFA commander responsible for all the killings in Upper Assam, including the Bihari killings.
