UPA gears up for 'Bharat Nirman'
From the NDA's India Shining, it is now the turn of UPA's India Building campaign. A 100 crore rupees campaign promising to deliver education, health, employment and of course Bijli, Pani and Sadak under the brand name Bharat Nirman. The urgency and the need for impact cannot be missed.
