UPA, Left to finalise N-deal mechanism
The UPA and the Left parties will meet to take a final decision on evolving a mechanism to look into concerns of the allies over the Indo-US nuclear deal. External Affairs Minister Pranab Mukherjee is expected to head the mechanism, which will most likely be announced today.
