Vasava tribals back 'Robinhood'
Every election throws up its share of stories about regional leaders and how, in their own little area, they preserve their support bases against established bigger parties. Chotubhai Vasava is a bit of a Robinhood figure for the Vasavas, the biggest tribal community of south Gujarat. The cops are after him as there are many cases of extortion against him but the crowds love him.
