Vikas Yadav admits killing Nitish Katara
The main suspect in the Nitish Katara case - Vikas Yadav has said he killed Katara with a hammer, his confessional statement reveals. The statement recorded by an investigating officer shortly after the crime four years ago cannot be used as evidence in court as no magistrate was present when it was made.
