Woman divorces HIV+ spouse, gets HC nod
Can a divorce be granted on the grounds that one of the spouses is HIV positive? Yes, says the Bombay High Court. The High Court has upheld the judgement of a family court in Mumbai which had granted divorce to a woman on the grounds that her husband was HIV positive.
