Mixed signals? Supreme Court notices to states on Facebook arrests
The Supreme Court today demanded responses from states on the arrests of UP-based Dalit scholar Kanwal Bharti and Andhra-based PUCL activist Jaya Vindhyala over their Facebook posts.
