"Nobody knew me before this show," said the legendary radio announcer Ameen Sayani whose voice ruled the air waves for close to three decades. Hailed as India's first radio jockey, he hosted a popular show "Binaca Geetmala". Mr. Sayani's listeners tuned into his show because he "weaved the show in a way that listeners couldn't move away". In the first part of Walk The Talk's Independence Day special, Mr Sayani reminisces the closest memories of how "Geetmala" was born and about the people he shared warm relationships with.
