Agra:
In compliance with the Allahabad high court order, Agra authorities will on Friday seal an Engineering College, which is constructed inside eco-sensitive Soor Sarovar Bird Sanctuary on the Delhi-Agra highway in Agra.
The wildlife department had filed a complaint six months back and the ongoing illegal construction within the Anand Engineering college was stopped.
The management approached the Allahabad high court but the verdict did not go in its favour. The court ordered the district authorities to seal the premises.
To avoid any untoward incident during the sealing of the college, the District authorities have demanded a police team from the SSP, Agra and they have also asked the college management to vacate the premises.
