Lucknow:
The deputy jailor of Agra Central Jail was today arrested for firing at two journalists of a local electronic channel and injuring them.
Home Department sources said Deputy Jailor H B Singh, who was in an inebriated condition, had abused the journalists and fired from his licenced revolver in a bar in Hari Parbat police station area yesterday.
The two journalists - Vineet Kumar Verma and Raj Kumar Uppal - were rushed to hospital.
