Agra:
A student leader was shot dead by motorcycle-borne assailants in Arjun Nagar area in Agra, police said today.
Bhola Chaudhri (26), a law student of Agra College, was at the Arjun Nagar trisection with his friends last night, when he was shot at six times by two of four persons who arrived on motorcycles.
The assailants who had their faces covered escaped after the incident, police said, adding a case was registered with the Shahganj police station.
The body has been sent for post-mortem and eye-witnesses are being questioned, they added.
