College students rescued from Narmada River

Ahmedabad: A college trip turned out to be a disaster for three students in Gujarat.

Around 25 students of NIRMA University had gone on a trip to the Narmada dam. Three of them - two girls and a boy - decided to take dip in the river this morning.

According to reports the water level suddenly went up. The students somehow managed to get on top of a rock and were stranded on it for over 2 hours before being rescued.
