Ahmedabad:
A 40-year-old manager of an Ahmedabad-based private firm was found murdered with his throat slit at his office in Lalgate locality, police said.
The incident came to light when the peon of Patel Land Corporation opened the office door which was locked from outside, they said.
According to police, body of Hemant Dilkhush (40) who was working as a manager with the firm, was found lying in a pool of blood with his throat slit while the door was locked from outside which indicates that the killer fled after locking the office, police said.
Dilkhush stayed at the office on Tuesday night apparently to complete some pending work but as he did not return his family members came to the office and went back after finding that the office door was locked from outside, they said.
Police suspect involvement of an insider into the incident and have registered a case while further probe is on.
