Amritsar boy Mukesh Verma topped the Matriculation examinations of the Punjab School Education Board (PSEB) securing 95.69 per cent marks.
Mukesh, a student of Madhav Vidya Niketan School in Amritsar, got 1244 marks out of 1300.
He said his cherished desire was to study engineering in Delhi.
