Vijayawada:
Three youths from a family were feared drowned while taking a dip in river Krishna near Pedakallepalli village in Krishna district today Boppana Satya Prasad (18), Boppana Phani (17) and Boppana Saiteja (15), all belonging to one family, went to Pedakallepalli along with their elders to perform a ritual, poliec said.
They ventured into the river to take a bath when they were washed away by strong currents, they said.
Even as rescue operations were launched, the bodies of the trio remain untraced.
