Hyderabad:
A child playing in a park near his house along with his brother was abducted by two motorcycle borne persons at Malakpet on Thursday morning.
With the family not receiving any call demanding ransom to release the boy, police suspect that persons having differences with the family might have kidnapped the boy.
According to Malakpet subinspector of police A Satyanarayana, B Anirudh (2) is the son of Venkatesh, a mason who resides in Shalivahana Nagar huts. On Thursday morning around 9.30 a.m, Anirudh along with his elder brother, fouryearold Pavan went to play in the nearby park. Even as they were playing, two motorcycleborne persons snatched Anirudh and fled away. Pavan informed the matter to his parents who immediately launched a search in nearby localities but could not find him.
Pavan could only tell police the abductors fled towards Dilsukhnagar. With the family not getting any call for ransom, police are suspecting personal enmity could be the reason for abduction. The family, however, claimed they did not have disputes with anyone.
