The Prime Minister of Bhutan Lyonchen Tshering Tobgay and Bangladesh Speaker Shirin Sharmin Chaudhury arrived in Delhi today to attend the swearing-in ceremony of Prime Minister-elect Narendra Modi which will take place tommorow.
