Phulpur:
Rahul Gandhi kickstarted the Congress campaign for next year's Uttar Pradesh Assembly polls in Phulpur, near Allahabad in Uttar Pradesh from where his great grandfather, Jawaharlal Nehru, had won his first Lok Sabha seat.
