Mumbai:
Security has been strengthened in Chennai in the wake of the serial blasts that rocked Mumbai on Wednesday, a top police official said.
Additional Commissioner of Police (Law and Order) P Tamaraikannan said vigil has been stepped up at places where people throng.
Security has been scaled up at places including malls, bus stands and railway stations, among others, and patrolling intensified, he said.
