'If Modi is Lucky for You, Why Vote for Those Who are Unlucky?' Says PM in Delhi: Highlights

Prime Minister Narendra Modi addresses an election rally at DDA ground sector 14 in Dwarka in Delhi.

• Development in only some parts, will not be the development of the country.
