PM Narendra Modi arrives in a chopper at Japanese Park in Delhi's Rohini area to address a rally.

New Delhi:

Prime Minister Narendra Modi's chopper was as much the centre of attention as the PM himself during his third rally at Japanese Park in Rohini for the Delhi Assembly polls.

The landing of the chopper at the venue around 3.40 pm kicked up dust and excitement among the people who had gathered to hear him.

Two choppers reached the venue as people with high hopes tried to catch a glimpse of the Prime Minister.

Defending PM Modi's decision to take the helicopter, BJP leaders said if he had come in car, it would have led to traffic snarls in different areas.

In his first rally held in Karkardooma , the Prime Minister had come in a chopper to address the gathering.

During his rally today, PM Modi mounted a shrill attack on AAP over allegations of the party receiving "dubious" donations, saying it has exposed its claim of being more honest than others and questioned whether AAP can run Delhi with "dishonesty and lies".

In an election rally, PM Modi also had a swipe at Congress leaders Sonia and Rahul Gandhi, calling them "Maa-beta", and said nobody was listening to them except when they make statements against him.
