Thiruvananthapuram: Minister of State for External Affairs E Ahamed tonight expressed deep grief at the passing away of Kerala Governor M O H Farook.
Recalling his long association with the departed leader, Ahamed said that Farook was an astute politician, able administrator and a diplomat who had made valuable
contributions to the nations.
As Indian Abassador to Saudi Arabia, Farook had worked ceaselessly to keep up the centuries old ties between the two countries, Ahamed said.
As a person, Farook had always upheld high moral standards in public life carrying out with utmost sincerity and honesty whatever office he held, the Minister said.
