Kochi:
Two main accused in the case relating to smuggling of electronic goods worth Rs 30 crore from Singapore via Kochi airport in 2010, surrendered before the CBI.
The two accused, Razar Ali and Khaja Moideen, in their 30s, are from Tamil Nadu, CBI sources said.
They said the accused used to smuggle electronic goods from Singapore to Kochi and then take it to Burma Bazar in Chennai.
The case was registered last year on the basis of which the Directorate of Revenue Intelligence had arrested five persons earlier.
After it took over investigation, CBI arrested five more accused, while two surrendered today. One accused is absconding, they added.
