Three devotees killed after hit by car

Dindigul: Three Ayappa devotees were killed and two suffered serious injuries after they were hit by a car at Sudalaiputhur in the district here today, police said.

The devotees were walking towards a tank for taking bath in the morning after parking their vehicle when they were hit by a speeding car.

All the devotees hailed from Jayamkondam in Ariyalur district, police said. The injured have been admitted to hospital.
