Tamil Nadu is the only Statein India that is giving incentives to school students tocontinue their educational journey without any hurdle, HigherEducation Minister P Palaniyappan said here today.
Tamil Nadu Chief Minister J Jayalalithaa has beenconcentrating on the future of school students, especiallythose in tenth and 12th standards, he said.
The minister also appealed to the students to avail all theschemes that are implemented by the Government to continuetheir educational journey.
The minister, who inaugurated a special health checkup campfor the differently-abled at Adhiyaman Government HigherSecondary School here, said the Chief Minister has launchedmany welfare measures to protect their health and promotetheir status.
To provide sound health to the differently abled, specialhealth check up camps would be conducted at eight places inthe district, he added.
