Lucknow: Samajwadi Party on Friday changed its candidate from Utraula seat in Balrampur district for the upcoming Uttar Pradesh Assembly elections, party sources said here.
The party has given ticket to Arif Anwar Hashmi in place of Mohammad Omer, the party said.
