Aurangabad:
Seven people were killed when a speeding dumper rammed into an auto-rickshaw in Aurangabad on Wdnesday morning.
The incident took place on Aurangabad-Paithan Road near Dhakephal village at 7.30 am, police said.
The deceased have been identified as Shaikh Nisar, 20, Mohhammed Iqbal Ansari, 22, Mohammed Irfan Ansari, 32, Shaikh Qadeer, 60, Haji Mohammed Abbas, 65, Abdul Karim Ansari, 70, and Abdul Salam Ansari, 72.
The victims were returning to Aurangabad after attending a religious event.
Two others, who were injured in the incident, have been hospitalised, police said.
