2025 Honda NX200 Hits Indian Showroom Floors; Here's All About Updated CB200X

Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India has introduced a new nameplate in the Indian market - NX200. The Honda NX200 draws inspiration from Honda's legendary adventure line-up, says Honda. Besides, the NX200 is built for riders seeking thrilling escapades and everyday versatility, and it is launched at a price tag of Rs 1,68,499 (ex-showroom, Delhi). The motorcycle is now available at all HMSI Red Wing & BigWing dealerships across India. However, it looks much like the CB200X, which was based on the Hornet 2.0. It is offered in a single variant with three colour shades - Athletic Blue Metallic, Radiant Red Metallic, and Pearl Igneous Black.
 

Honda NX200 Design

While Honda says the NX200 takes design inspiration from the larger NX500 to appeal to the younger ADV buyers, we find it more like the dated CB200x. The NX200 gets a muscular fuel tank, fresh graphics, and a commanding stance. It features an all-LED headlamp, sleek LED winkers, and an X-shaped LED tail lamp for a distinctive road presence.

Honda NX200 Specs

The NX200 is powered by an updated OBD2B-compliant 184.4cc, single-cylinder, 4-stroke engine, delivering 12.5 kW of power at 8500 RPM and 15.7 Nm of peak torque at 6000 RPM. The engine comes paired with a 5-speed gearbox.
 

Honda NX200 Features

The Honda NX200 is equipped with hi-tech features to enhance convenience and rider control. It boasts a 4.2-inch full-digital TFT display with Bluetooth connectivity and Honda RoadSync app compatibility, allowing riders to access navigation, and receive call notifications, and SMS alerts. There is also a new USB C-type charging port, Honda Selectable Torque Control (HSTC), and an Assist & Slipper Clutch. It is further equipped with a dual-channel ABS for increased safety.
