Maruti Suzuki Tour S comes with a 1.2-litre engine
Maruti Suzuki launched the updated Dzire in the Indian market in 2024. Now the automaker has followed up on the compact sedan with its version made specifically for fleet buyers to be used with a yellow plate, called the Tour S. The model has already started arriving at the dealerships and is available for fleet buyers. The car will be sold at a starting price of Rs 6.79 lakh (ex-showroom) for the standard version while the CNG-powered version will be sold at Rs 7.74 lakh (ex-showroom).
Based on the LXi trims of the Maruti Suzuki Dzire, the commercial version of the car follows the pattern of its predecessor by carrying forward the same design as the Dzire. However, there are a few changes to separate it from Dzire. Specifically, it comes with steel wheels and blacked-out door handles replacing the body-colored unit. Additionally, the ORVM sports a black colour instead of the paint scheme used for the rest of the body. To mark its identity, it gets a Tour S badge on the boot lid. All of this is complemented by Arctic White, Splendid Silver, and Bluish Blue paint scheme options.

The Maruti Suzuki Dzire Tour S gets a shorter list of features compared to the standard version of the compact sedan. Specifically, the option of alloy wheels, rear defogger, automatic AC, steering-mounted controls, and panoramic sunroof, among other features have been eliminated. However, the car is packed with safety features like six airbags, brake assist, ABS with EBD, electronic stability control, high-speed alert, and rear parking sensors. Furthermore, the top speed is limited to 80 kmph.
The Maruti Suzuki Tour S is powered by the same 1.2-litre three-cylinder engine which is employed in the Dzire. It produces 80 hp of power and 112 Nm of peak torque in the petrol version and 69 hp of power and 102 Nm of torque in CNG mode. Both these powertrain options have a manual transmission. As per the brand, the car offers a mileage of 24.69 kmpl on petrol, while the CNG version returns a mileage of up to 22.72 km/kg.
