The Bengaluru Traffic Police officials were surprised when they printed a 20-meter-long fine receipt for an individual. On Monday, city traffic police officials of Bengaluru seized a gearless scooter of an individual who had pending fines for 311 traffic violation cases. The police then immediately issued a notice to the Bengaluru Man, directing him to clear out the dues. The total amount of fine for these 311 cases totalled to a sum of Rs 1.6 lakhs.

The traffic authority stated that they tracked the violator on February 3rd, and immediately took the vehicle under custody. The violator then paid the challan amount of Rs 1.6 lakhs on 4th February and the vehicle was released with a warning to the individual.
The city market traffic authority took to X, stating- "Out of a total of 311 pending cases, a total fine of Rs 1,61,500 has been imposed on the owner/driver of the two-wheeler vehicle KA-05 JX-1344. The scooter was seized on February 3, 2025, and the rider has now been instructed to strictly follow traffic regulations."
The case was first brought to the public eye by Shibam, who had been tracking the scooter for some time. He even posted images of the rider, violating traffic rules, like riding without a helmet. Shibam also attached a screenshot of the challan on his social media post.
