The electric two-wheeler market is consistently expanding with an increasing number of products getting added to the pool and Hero MotoCorp doesn't want to be left behind in the race. The brand seems to be planning on expanding its range of Vida electric scooters. The latest to the range will likely be Vida Z, which was first showcased at the 2024 EICMA Show and has now been spotted testing for the first time on the roads.

The latest spy shots show the latest Vida Z electric scooter without camouflage, revealing a yellow paint scheme and multiple design details. To begin with, the electric scooter features multiple design changes over the version presented at the 2024 EICMA. To mention a few details, it misses out on contrasting accents used on the scooter. Furthermore, the backrest has been eliminated from the EV.

Diving into the details, the Vida Z electric scooter continues to have a sporty appeal with a sharp design. However, the brand has followed a minimalistic approach which is the most prominent on the apron as well as the side panels. The apron of the EV houses a rectangular headlamp with rounded edges. The unit seems to be very similar to the one used on the V scooters. Additionally, the brand has used a dual-tone effect on the mud-guard and the handlebar cowl.

The other highlights of the design include a single-piece seat, a touch screen instrument cluster, and a unique design for the tail lamp. Meanwhile, the turn indicators are placed below the tail lamp unit. These also are LED units with a sleek appearance. The absence of lines on the body gives the electric two-wheeler a rather slim look.

The test mule seems like a product that is a product which is very close to its final form. Hence, we can expect the electric scooter to launch soon in the country. The powertrain details of the EV have not been revealed, but it is expected to have a battery pack between 2.2 kWh to 4.4 kWh.
