Hero MotoCorp has recently been in the headlines because of its plans to expand its model lineup with models like Xtreme 250R. To make space for the newer models, the Indian manufacturer has been retiring the old models. In the latest update, the automaker has discontinued the Xpulse 200T and the Xtreme 200S. These bikes have reportedly been removed from the lineup because of their poor performance in terms of sales. It is to be noted that the automaker already has other models to fill the void created by the aforementioned models.

Multiple new models of Hero MotoCorp will be sold under its Premia dealership. To be specific, the brand will introduce models like Karizma 250, Xtreme 250, Xpulse 210, Mavrick 440 with USD forks, Mavrick 440 based scrambler, and more.

The Hero Xpulse 200T was introduced as a road-going version of the off-road capable XPulse. The bike came equipped with 17-inch wheels with road-going tires separating it from its off-road capable tires. Meanwhile, the Xtreme 200S comes with a completely different style with a completely different headlamp cluster and semi-fairing.

Both of these bikes are powered by a 200 cc single-cylinder air-cooled engine, which produces 18.8 bhp of power at 8,500 rpm and 17.3 Nm of peak torque while revving at 6,500 rpm. This power is transferred to the wheel using a five-speed gearbox. The list of features includes elements like side stand warning, and connectivity via Bluetooth, gear shift indicator, and USB charger.

The Hero Xpulse 200T was priced at Rs 1.30 lakh (ex-showroom), placing it among the entry-level bikes of the brand. Meanwhile, the Xtreme 200S had a price tag of Rs 1.41 lakh (ex-showroom).
